The company houses L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken, Matrix, Pureology, Shu Uemura of Hair, Mizani and Essie, among others, and is collaborating with StyleSeat to allow stylists to retail to clients from behind a screen—no longer only behind the chair.
“We know that consumers shop online,” says Redken and Pureology advocate and StyleSeat member Linda Macchi of Salon 877. “Through this collaboration, there will be a huge retail opportunity for the salon’s business as well as convenience provided to our new and existing clients.”
More than 3 million consumers already use StyleSeat, and more than 8 million appointments have been booked since its launch. Between those opportunities and the ability for L’Oréal brands to retail outside of business hours, the StyleSeat partnership seems like a win-win.
