THE VENUE: The training room at Mirabella's new headquarters in Santa Clarita, California.
THE DETAILS: Led by Darlene Zemrod, Mirabella's national trainer, the course trained participants in new strategies for transforming natural daytime make-up into dramatic evening looks; creating looks for mature clients; bridal and special-occasion make-up, glam holiday looks and make-up for media work. Each afternoon, participants practiced the techniques on live models.

Now, we are raising our educational standards with this new top-tier program," says Adrienne Kramer, president.
