Reiss will explore how the economy is shaping client behavior and driving trends and how the industry is responding. "Just like the Great Depression shaped the behavior of our parents and grandparents, the recent recession is impacting the behavior of today's beauty consumer," Reiss said during ISBN. "That is presenting some challenges to salons and spas, but there are also several opportunities."
