Moroccanoil Thickening Lotion is a foundational product used to achieve multi-dimensional fullness. Designed to expand the hair shaft and strengthen each strand without causing frizz or flyaways, Moroccanoil Thickening Lotion leaves hair looking and feeling full and voluminous from root-to-tip.

Traditional volumizing products give hair vertical lift, but Moroccanoil Thickening Lotion works to expand the hair for an overall fuller, more dimensional style. Formulated with high-performance polymers and quinoa proteins, this thickening lotion plumps and reinforces hair from the inside, creating a “scaffold” around the exterior of each strand to smooth and strengthen.  The addition of vitamin-rich argan oil moisturizes and nourishes hair for a soft, touchable finish.

  • Use on fine or medium hair.

  • Creates a full-bodied foundation

  • Expands each strand from root-to-tip

  • Plumps the hair shaft for long-lasting body

  • Delivers a touchable, non-sticky finish

  • Strengthens and conditions hair

Thickening vs. Volumizing
Most volumizing products, including Moroccanoil’s Extra Volume Shampoo and Conditioner, Root Boost and Volumizing Mousse, provide vertical lift for all-over height. Moroccanoil Thickening Lotion expands the hair shaft for an overall fuller, plumper style.

How to Use:
For volume and fullness, apply a quarter-sized amount of Moroccanoil Thickening Lotion to damp hair from root-to-tip to achieve thicker, strengthened hair. Then, apply Moroccanoil Root Boost to create a lifted foundation with visible height. Blow dry and style as usual.
