Mirabella Beauty announces the launch of new Colour Queen Daring Duos, new eye colour pairs for fall. Each duo features contrasting hues in matte and shimmer finishes designed to be worn together, along with a small mirror to aid in application on-the-go.
The first duo contains a bold royal blue shade with a matte finish (Titan) and a shimmering sea foam green hue (Haute); the second duo contains a dusky terracotta color (Shockwave) and a glistening burnt sienna powder (Woodstock). Both the matte and pearly finishes feature highly-pigmented formulas.

“Colour Queen introduces bold colors in a fresh way,” explains Jasmine Dashtizad, Mirabella National Trainer. “Layering matte hues with reflective color in a complementary shade will create an ombré effect on the eyes. This gradation technique is achieved by placing the matte shadow (Titan or Shockwave) along the lower eyelid and layering the shimmer shade (Haute or Woodstock) into the crease, blending upward toward the brow and outward toward the temples to elongate the eye for a fashion-forward, runway-inspired look. Lining the waterline with Smoke Eye Definer further intensifies the eyes, making the colors of these Daring Duos pop.”
Colour Queen also marks the launch of Mirabella’s reusable Pick 2 Eye Colour Palette. All Mirabella palettes feature a magnet system, allowing for eye shadows to be switched out with ease.
“The Pick 2 Palette features a chunky, fashionable design that makes it easy to take favorite shades on-the-go,” says Amber Bowen, Mirabella Creative Director. “Mirabella customers have been looking for a way to try fresh new eye colours two at a time, making this compact a welcome addition to the product line!”
Colour Queen will be available at professional salons beginning August 2013. www.mirabellabeauty.com
