Janine Smice has been promoted to Sr. Director, International Marketing. After more than twenty years of service with the Company, Janine will be expanding her responsibilities with key focus on monitoring budgets and expenditures to guarantee our achievement of profit targets.
Tookie Carlson has been promoted to Director of Training – U.S. With over sixteen years working on the JOICO brand, Tookie will be responsible for Training and Shows in the U.S. Market, focusing primarily on the Artistic Directors and Artistic Teams. In her new role, Tookie will be responsible for developing and communicating curriculum and training, as well as producing major shows.
Anna Lewis has been promoted to Sr. Education Project Manager. For over fifteen years, Anna has been providing the Education team with management, organization and coordination of educational training events and multi-media productions. Anna will now be responsible for all Artistic Institute programs and international materials with an emphasis on global new products.
Waleska Higueros is promoted to International Marketing Specialist. Waleska joined the International Marketing Team over three years ago as Marketing Coordinator. In her new position, Waleska will be managing core brands for export while continuing to assist with marketing promotions and initiatives.
Tina Wylie joined JOICO’s field team as Territory Manager, covering the Northwest Market with primary focus on the Boston area. Tina comes to Zotos with a strong background in business development and education from Kenra. As Territory Manager, Tina will be responsible for managing the full service, Cosmoprof stores, and the advisor team for the Northeast Market.
Nancy Hinojosa joined JOICO’s Exclusive Division as Marketing Manager. Nancy comes to Zotos with a solid background in marketing and brand management. She was previously Marketing Manager for the Revlon Hair Division/Simplicity Hair Extensions and Sr. Account Manager for TRAFFIC, a digital and advertising media agency. Nancy will be focusing on developing, managing and executing all aspects of brand development and marketing for Vero K-PAK® Color, Beth Minardi Signature® and Minardi™ Luxury Color, along with creating and providing a strategic vision for the growth and future of the brands.
Nelli Ovsepyan joined JOICO’s marketing department as Marketing Manager. Nelli comes to Zotos with a strong background in marketing support for new product launches, business strategy and development and distribution of brand merchandising displays at retail. She previously worked for Sexy Hair concepts, Swiss Athletic Footwear and apparel. Nelli will be focusing on channel marketing for the JOICO/ISO brands.
