The Exclusive Division of Zotos International, which comprises the JOICO, ISO and Minardi Luxury Color Care brands, has announced the appointment of two new members.

Lindsay Pedder joins the company as Vice President, Marketing, bringing a strong background in marketing to her new role.  Lindsay holds an engineering degree as well as an MBA.  Working for a Fortune 250 engineering company, she honed her skills in IT, engineering design and project management.  Following her role as a marketing executive at Murad, she pioneered an ecommerce organization selling luxury beauty brands.  With her solid track record of success as a skilled and strategic marketer, she became involved with an L.A. based ecommerce business which sells high end beauty, fragrance and loungewear.  At Joico, Lindsay will be responsible for U.S. go-to-market and global brand design.

Michael Gilman joins Joico as a Senior Marketing Manager in the Global New Products department.  He has a diverse and rich background in new product development and marketing via his previous management roles at Unilever, Kraft, Neutrogena and Spilo Worldwide.  He has worked both in the U.S. and Brazil.   Michael has degrees from both UCLA (BA) and USC (MBA).  In his new role, Michael will focus on new product development.
