Beauty Visions LLC, a NYC based investor and operator in the consumer products industy, announced the appointment of Charles Helme to the role of Supply Chain Director and Grace Eilenberg to the role of Brand Manager for Mally Beauty.

Charles Helme joins Beauty Visions LLC with over 25 years of experience managing high volume business operations. He served as Executive Director of Supply Chain Operations with Becca Cosmetics and was the Director of Supply Chain Operations Management at PZ Cussons Beauty where he managed operations including forecasting, 3PL Warehousing, Customer Service and inventory supply.

At Beauty Visions, he will be analyzing and streamlining product delivery systems to increase productivity, quality and efficiency and will report to Global Supply Chain Senior Vice President, Peg Kaleniecki.

Grace Eilenberg joins Beauty Visions LLC from L’Oréal where she worked exclusively on Garnier Hair and Skincare.  She served as Assistant Brand Manager developing digital awareness campaigns and leveraging brand alignments at both local and national consumer events.

Eilenberg will be executing brand and product campaigns for Mally Beauty through digital, social and traditional media, retailer initiatives and event activations reporting to Beauty Visions President, Brian Robinson.
