“From many years working on set, backstage at runway shows, and with private clients, I know that the foundation for beautiful hair is healthy hair,” says Stone. “I’ve always thought styling products that stay on the hair for hours could offer something beyond cosmetic benefits like shine, volume or control. What if they also provided substantive hydration, nutrition and environmental protection to the hair?”
The first quartet of formulas from Mitch Stone Essentials focuses on styling. Lustre Drops is a shine serum that locks in smooth styles and resists humidity. Volumizing Texture Spray adds texture and volume to fine haired clients. Session Spray and Set In Stone offers light and firm hold respectively, and addresses different styling needs. All four contain the proprietary complex VCompS ,a tropical cocktail of vitamins, minerals and papaya to help repair damage, strengthen and protect.
Mitch Stone Essentials debuts nationwide in August/September of 2012.
