The U.K.-based Nicky Clarke brand just launched their first two premier salon-professional products into the U.S. through Salon Centric and their AirStyle PRO infrared ionic dryer and styler made its consumer debut January 15 on Amazon. Additional launches including tools and hairbrushes are planned for later in 2024.
Named after and created by iconic hairdresser Nicky Clarke, whose client list reads like a who's who among royals, actors, supermodels and rockstars, the brand has a reputation of an unwavering commitment to quality and delivering top-tier professional products that prioritize the health of hair, scalp, and the environment. This commitment extends to eco-conscious packaging, featuring recyclable and plastic-free materials. Notably, the AirStyle PRO gift box is entirely plastic-free, and the styling products are presented in sustainable aluminum bottles that are endlessly recyclable.

Managing Director Robin Young emphasizes the meticulous testing process, stating, "As a professional brand, all our products undergo thorough testing both in the Nicky Clarke salon in the UK and with numerous U.S.-based hairstylists in various settings. The AirStyle PRO, for example, spent two years in development, ensuring that every aspect of product usage has been thoroughly assessed before market release."

At Cosmoprof North America, Miami, the brand will showcase the Nicky Clarke AirStyle PRO, an infrared, ionic and ceramic professional hairdryer and styler with multiple attachments for endless styling opportunities. Praised as one of the quietest, most powerful, and lightweight products of its kind on the market, the AirStyle PRO made its mark at New York Fashion Week in September 2023 and continues to garner acclaim from hairstylists in various settings.
Drew Noreen, a salon hairstylist and colorist from Scottsdale, AZ, who will be at Cosmoprof Miami, shares his thoughts of the AirStyle PRO:
"I'm obsessed with the genius design and overall functionality of the Nicky Clarke AirStyle PRO. It is so powerful - I have never been able to dry hair this fast, even for clients with lots of extensions. I love the instant heat and cold and that the attachments turn into place and cannot be bumped off. The AirCurl attachments are my favorite though, I've created so many stunning glam looks with those."

In addition to the AirStyle PRO, a sneak peek will be offered for an infrared hair straightener featuring advanced technology to maintain moisture balance and seal the cuticle. Constructed with 100% titanium plates and infused with nanotechnology, this tool eliminates odors and harmful chemicals from the hair. The Heat Balance Technology utilizes a microsensor to regulate the temperature across the plates, minimizing damage and emphasizing overall hair health. The incorporation of a unique blend of infrared technology and ultra-violet frequency minimizes damage to the hair's outer layers and significantly shortens drying time, placing an emphasis on overall hair health. This high specification tool also features an LED digital display, swift 30-second heat-up and an extra-long 9 foot cord.

The unique tail comb design is a standout feature, facilitating fast sectioning, separating, and precise partings for intricate hairstyles.
