The show floor of a beauty industry trade event is like the floor of a Vegas casino--bright, loud, eye-catching and seductive. And on the show floor, you see what's new from favorite manufacturers, get sneak peeks at new hair collections and satisfy the beauty pro's craving for product. It's important to remember, however, that so much happens off the floor--education, competitions, stage shows and more. Many professional education classes were offered at the International Salon and Spa Expo (ISSE) in Long Beach, CA as they are every year. The show concluded today, Monday, January 27, and over the three days there were courses in hair, nails, skincare and business, including hands-on hair classes, and CIDESCO Section USA Skin Classes — all presented by top beauty professionals and companies.
