OPI Products recently hosted its fourth "Education Celebration," a company tradition in which President and CEO George Schaeffer and Executive Vice President and Artistic Director Suzi Weiss-Fischmann  award computer systems and college scholarships to the children of OPI employees. This year, they presented 83 new computer systems and 18 college scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each. "Education is such a high priority to us at OPI that we make every effort to encourage studying and to make learning easier for these deserving students," says Schaeffer. Local district and municipal officials, along with Eduardo Xoi of ABC television's Exteme Makeover: Home Edition, helped present the awards. The computer and scholarship presentations are hosted by OPI in conjunction with the Schaeffer Family Foundation, a philanthropic organization established by Schaeffer and his family.
