OPI is charitable in many ways, and for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the company makes a difference in a way it knows best…..creating a shade specifically for the organization and sending a significant donation on top of it!

For a fourth year, OPI has created a Pink of Hearts Nail Lacquer in its promise to save lives and end breast cancer forever. The 2010 edition of Pink of Hearts will follow in the footsteps of its namesake 2007, 2008 and 2009 Nail Lacquers in raising awareness of breast cancer during the month of October (National Breast Cancer Awareness Month). Additionally, OPI will be once again making a donation of $25,000 to Komen for the Cure.

"As the fight against breast cancer wages on, Susan G. Komen for the Cure has remained committed to help find the cure," says Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI Executive VP & Artistic Director. "OPI is proud to join with Komen for the fourth consecutive year, with Pink of Hearts 2010 Edition. It is OPI's way to support the effort to end this disease, to honor those affected by it, and to give all women the power to help make a difference."

Pink of Hearts 2010 Edition is a powerful light pink – a color designed specifically to inspire and uplift. Each bottle has a special pink-ribbon cap wrap in support of breast cancer awareness. The new shade is now available to salons to order so that your clients can support and wonderful cause AND look fashionable and powerful at the same time! www.opi.com.
