"I really believe that GenOne Media’s Smarter Lifestyle Network is a powerful platform to help salon owners improve the client experience with both their service and product sales and by providing the salon owner with valuable data that will help them make informed business decisions," Parenty says.
Smarter LifeStyle Network is an out-of-home media network that allows salons the ability to earn revenue from their wait and processing spaces for the first time ever while delivering their own customized consumer-driven content on interactive tablets that sync with televisions in the waiting area. Through the use of data, salons are also provided with a powerful tool to increase client satisfaction and retention.
"I am very proud to be endorsing this platform,” Parenty continued. “I believe that, in order to compete and be successful in today's digital market, salons need to maximize their revenue stream by monetizing every square inch of their business and engaging their current and prospective clients using modern digital platforms."
Under Parenty’s guidance as the president of the professional products division, L’Oréal USA experienced significant growth in sales as he drove the expansion of the company’s distribution network to boost consumer connectivity.
For his dedication to the professional beauty industry, Parenty was awarded the 2014 Legend Award from the International Salon/Spa Business Network. In his acceptance speech, he echoed one of the driving forces of his work to “allow all salon professionals to earn a better living and live a better life.” Parenty retired from his role with L’Oréal in January 2017.
GenOne Media shares Parenty’s commitment to improving not only consumer experience but also the salon professional’s profit. Through Smarter LifeStyle Network, salons are presented with the opportunity to deepen client relationships through a tailored client experience and impactful data collection. This responsive network also generates salon revenue through highly targeted advertising.
“I am thrilled that Pat has joined the GenOne Media team,” says Christine Martier, CEO GenOne Media Group. “His years of experience in the beauty business will provide us with guidance that will shape Smarter LifeStyle Network to help us better serve salon owners and their clients.”
