My hair right now: A perfectly shaved head-groomed every two days.
How would you describe your style? I wouldn't ... what you see is what you get.
What is your favorite outfit? Christian Dior jeans, alligator skin boots-I live in my LNA T-shirts and sunglasses, always.
What is on your iPod? Lil Wayne, Jay Z, Kanye West, Mozart and Beethoven.
What is your favorite product? L'Oréal Professionnel Expansion Mousse and Ted Gibson Night Serum.
What is your teaching style? Very hands-on and very passionate.
Who have you educated for? Sebastian and Bumble & Bumble.
Why do you have an apprenticeship program? To grow the best hairdressers in the world.
What is your favorite part of the apprenticeship program you have in the salon? Taking someone from the very beginning and helping them evolve into the hairdresser they want to be.

ELI THOMAS

My hair right now: Side-parted, classic men's taper
How would you describe your style? Fashionably sophisticated.
What is your favorite outfit? Dolce & Gabbana suit, and Costume Nacional dress shoes.
What is on your iPod? Band of Horses, Melody Club, John Lennon, and Jose Gonzales.
What is your favorite product? L'Oréal Professionnel Infinium 3 Hairspray and Magic Move
What is your teaching style? Incredibly demanding, yet with a nurturing quality.
Who have you educated for? Redken and Fred Segal Beauty.
Why do you have an apprenticeship program? To build a new breed of hairdresser.
What is your favorite part of the apprenticeship program you have in the salon? LA Fashion Week, when the students get to be involved and inspired, and the day the apprentice makes the floor.
