Pivot Point Academy adds Paul Suttles to its team as Education Director. Suttles brings a strong background in salon and school education, including Education Director for Aveda Fredric’s Institutes.

“Paul demonstrates the determined enthusiasm of a true team leader,” said Sara Pirok, VP of Pivot Point International Academies and Franchise Development. “His dedication and belief in educating salon-ready students have already had a positive impact on the quality of the guest experience in our student salons and spas.”

Suttles’ responsibilities include leading Pivot Point’s talented educator team to provide the finest education to students, as well as graduate stylists, with technical and guest service skills to succeed in today’s beauty business. “I want to empower our students throughout their education by creating an environment where the educators themselves are inspired every day,” said Suttles.  

When speaking about the most rewarding part of working with the entire Pivot Point Academy team, Suttles noted, “Through collaboration with fellow team members, my vision is taking shape and is supported and appreciated by all. That’s what makes Pivot Point so exciting!”
