Hodges has over 20 years of experience in various marketing and merchandising roles, most recently in marketing leadership for Rue 21 and Chico’s. She has expertise in guest loyalty programs, Client Relationship Management/CRM and social and digital strategies. A
Malloy brings over 30 years of experience in the salon industry to this role. She started as a salon professional and wducator before growing her career into leadership. Paula has served as vice president of education and sales in companies such as Sebastian and GHD styling tools. She also spent more than eight years as vice president of merchandising and education at JC Penney Salons. She will oversee all aspects of the BCC business, working with BCC Operations, Training and the other cross-functional Resource Center team members who support Ratner’s BCC brands.
