“These are unprecedented times for the beauty industry—but no other industry has a community like ours," says Dan Langer, President of R+Co. "Together we will stay positive, keep our staff and friends safe, and our communities and businesses strong. The R+Co Affiliate program allows salons and stylists to direct clients to their dedicated link on randco.com and have products shipped directly to their homes. Salons earn 40% of every sale and have been actively using all social media and digital platforms to stay connected and offer virtual services to their clients. I have even heard of some incredible FaceTime consultations about how to test drive new products and experiment with natural texture while at home."
Langer adds that R+Co Bright Shadows root cover-up sprays and Dry Shampoos have emerged as game-changers during these trying times.
This month’s goal for R+Co’s affiliate program is to pay out more than $500K in salon commissions. Today, the first deposits from the sales will be transferred to more than 200 salons that have temporarily shifted their business from in-person services to digital ones.
“Now more than ever it is critical to keep revenue coming into small businesses," says Tev Finger, CEO of LBP and Co-Founder of R+Co. "We wanted to leverage our warehouses and technology to provide salons the ability to do home-delivery of products. Our teams will handle all the packing, shipping and fees—all a salon has to do is send their customers a custom link. It won’t replace the service revenue in this downturn, but it will still allow salons and stylists to keep their retail businesses going, especially when their customers are looking to stock up on their favorite products and support their favorite salon.”
To support your local salon please visit the R+Co salon locator at https://www.randco.com/salon-locator, and connect with them by finding their code on its social platforms and website.
