Reorganization at PBA

The Professional Beauty Association has announced several corporate appointments and promotions. Steve Sleeper, will remain at the helm of the organization and Eric Z. Horn has been promoted to associate executive director-business development.

The Professional Beauty Association has announced several corporate appointments and promotions.

Steve Sleeper, executive director of PBA will remain at the helm of the organization. Eric Z. Horn, formerly show director for Cosmoprof North America and director of sales for the International Salon & Spa Expo, has been promoted to associate executive director-business development. He will now oversee sales and event operation teams for all PBA events, as well as sponsorship sales.

Sam Leyvas has been promoted to associate executive director-association services and will expand his former role in government affairs and advocacy to include the management of the membership, education and training areas for PBA. Leyvas will continue to help PBA enhance member services and promote industry interests and causes nationwide.

Toni Davis has been named director of sales-business development and will oversee sales and sponsorship management for all PBA events. She will report to Horn. PBA has also added staffers in the areas of finance, event operations, education, member services and government affairs to support the industry volunteers who lead the association.
