In this role, Gibson will aid in the education and training for the RUSK color portfolio and advise on the development of new color innovation. Laura Gibson is a Master Colorist with over 10 years of experience in the professional beauty industry. Her expertise in balayage and handpainted highlights makes her one of the most sought-after colorists. She is passionate about creating customized looks that enhance her guests’ features, haircuts, and style while always striving to preserve the integrity of the hair. Gibson takes the time to educate her guests on how to create, maintain, and care for their look. Her precision and keen eye allows her to create beautiful, dimensional colors, whether it be soft and natural or progressive, bold looks.
Gibson's taste and technique has led her to be a recognized industry educator and influential talent. “RUSK color was developed for colorists by colorists and that’s exactly why we are so excited to have Laura join the team.
