Sexy Hair is pleased to announce the hiring of Stephanie Polansky as its new director of education and shows. She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Sexy Hair education department including curriculum for its education program, award-winning academy, show activities and 200 plus educators.

 “Our education division is incredibly important and we feel confident that Stephanie will continue our tradition of excellence and propel us forward into the future,” says Karl Heinz Pitsch, president and CEO of Sexy Hair. “Her experience and skills are a perfect fit for the values, style and passion of Sexy Hair.”

Before joining the Sexy Hair team, Polansky served as Head of Global Education Innovation for KMS and was the Senior Manager Education Development at Pureology. She also served Director of Education for eight Ecotage Day Spa and Salons where she managed more than 230 employees. A former hairstylist, Polansky also served as a Platform Artist for Redken and was selected to be a facilitator for the program “Everything’s Included” at the Redken Exchange in New York City. She later went on to serve as their Manager of Education Development.
