How to get kicked off a game show for dummies.

STRIKE 1! Change shortcut challenge to fit YOUR needs–i.e. Challenge: make men longer, sexier. Nah, I'm gonna go with a historical vibe.
STRIKE 2! Get partnered up with the show's "Drama King." This is a sure-fire way to get a return ticket home!
STRIKE 3! Grow up in a sheltered religious home. I only know Fabio from the "I can't believe it's not butter commercials." Who knew he posed for romance novels? No point of reference for challenge..
*Helpful Hint: Whatever you do, act "normal." Keep out of drama no matter how tempting. Game over!

RECAP OF EPISODE HERE ... ummm, I lost.
The short cut challenge was to give men a longer, sexier look with extensions. Although I love extensions, giving them to a man would present a challenge for me. Not my area. Strategy: Make him look like Johnny Depp in Blow. Sexy, low ponytail ... yum! The result: Ken Paves said my model looked like George Washington. Ken asked my model to take his ponytail out. My commentary: "That would be the worst mullet anyone has ever seen." My face, priceless! Poor Amy was in the bottom again. Her client said he felt like "1980s trailer trash." Ouch!
Top 2: Janine and Matthew. Matthew wins again!

With Matthew's win he gained an amazing advantage for the elimination challenge. The challenge: Contestants must work as teams to create a cover look for a romance novel. Matthew chooses the teams for the contestants. I'd imagine now he knows what God feels like. What an amazing power to possess for one day. Adee, who had struggled with food poisoning the day prior was my partner. As soon as we were teamed up I felt sick. Who are the winners and losers of this challenge? Drum rolls please ... Faatemah loses (gasp)!  Matthew wins again.

Random Rant 1,2,3 go:
1. I  still love Ken Paves!! He was an awesome guest judge and gave his critique with a great sensibility.
2. Matthew and Janine, Wonder twins activate in the form of kick ass hair! Love the energy and talent from both of them.
3. I'm going to miss me. My awesome style and witty commentary ... Faatemah's out like the Jheri curl! Boo.
4. Jonathan and Brigg = overrated, over exposed ... What was I just talking about? I forgot, oh well probably wasn't important anyway.
5. Adee's tantrums! I wanna slap him out of his hysteria like an old black and white film! Snap out of it mate.

What I learned from this experience:
The camera loves me and I'm pretty funny too. I also learned that being a perfectionist doesn't make YOU perfect. Overall it was a great way to challenge myself and take me out of my comfort zone. I would do it all over again. Only more perfect!  Even super models get zits.

Shocked by my exit? There are plenty more surprises in store. This stew has more ingredients than a New Orleans Jambalaya. My advice to the viewers? Watch what happens! This season of Shear Genius is more exciting and shocking than ever!! I'll be watching and giving you blow by blow each week!

Here I am stealing a kiss from Ken Paves!

xoxo
