When clients belly up to the Skin Bar they are “served” sample products as part of the discussion with a licensed skin therapist. Face Mapping involves an examination of the skin which forms the basis for proactive preventive care. It’s the first step in the client experience.

At the Santa Monica space on Montana Avenue, Erin Carey, the spa manager, says they are extremely popular and that when it was first introduced, they saw a marked increase in foot traffic and overall store activity.
