Strategies, a leading national business management training and coaching company for salons, spas and medspas, has announced the first annual Team-Based Pay Conference, which will take place on September 21-22, 2014 at the Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca, IL, just outside of Chicago.
“This is an event that’s been in the making for a long time”, says Strategies Vice president, Eric Ducoff. “For over twenty years, we’ve been teaching owners a better alternative to the commission and independent contractor pay structures that so many of them are struggling to make work,” continues Ducoff. “The overwhelming response showed that the industry was ready for change. This conference is a celebration of the positive impact Team-Based Pay has — and continues to have — on the livelihoods of countless salon/spa owners and their teams.”
Keynote speakers will include Strategies Founder and CEO, Neil Ducoff, and Great Game of Business author, Jack Stack. Additional activities include seven breakout sessions facilitated by Strategies’ team of Certified Coaches, and a Team-Based Pay Owner’s Panel Discussion featuring four guest salon and spa owners. Content throughout the event will cater to both current Team-Based Pay users, and those looking to learn more about the program.
Ticket pricing for the event will increase as the event draws nearer: $445.00 per person now until May 16; $495 per person from May 17-August 7; $545 per person from August 8-September 9 and $595 per person from September 10-September 21.
Official sponsors for the Team-Based Pay Conference include Millennium Systems International, Eurisko Design, Kopsa Otte, Demandforce, Salon Today, Ergo, World-Class Financial Services and Signature Formulations.
