Strategies Announces First Annual Team-Based Pay Conference
Strategies responds to surging popularity of team-based compensation for salons and spas with two-day conference in Chicago slated for September 21-22.
Strategies, a leading national business management training and coaching company for salons, spas and medspas, has announced the first annual Team-Based Pay Conference, which will take place on September 21-22, 2014 at the Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca, IL, just outside of Chicago.
“This is an event that’s been in the making for a long time”, says Strategies Vice president, Eric Ducoff. “For over twenty years, we’ve been teaching owners a better alternative to the commission and independent contractor pay structures that so many of them are struggling to make work,” continues Ducoff. “The overwhelming response showed that the industry was ready for change. This conference is a celebration of the positive impact Team-Based Pay has — and continues to have — on the livelihoods of countless salon/spa owners and their teams.”
