Strategies, a leading national business management training and coaching company for salons, spas and medspas, has announced their second annual Team-Based Pay Conference, which will take place on September 27-28, 2015 at the Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca, IL, just outside of Chicago.
This year, the first day of the conference will feature separate content for both current Team-Based Pay users, and those looking to learn more about the benefits of program before making the conversion. Also new this year, will be the first annual Team-Based Pay Awards, which will take place on the evening of September 27th.
“As wildly successful and inspiring as last year’s Team-Based Pay Conference was, we immediately saw areas in which we could improve the learning experience”, says Strategies Vice president, Eric Ducoff. “The most exciting change is the customized agendas based on whether attendees are current or future Team-Based Pay users. Combine that with the opportunity to network with the largest gathering of Team-Based Pay salons, spas and medspas ever assembled, and it’s easy to see why the Team-Based Pay Conference is quickly becoming one of the most impactful events on the future livelihoods of salon/spa owners and their teams.”
Keynote and breakout sessions will be facilitated by Strategies Founder and CEO, Neil Ducoff, and the Strategies’ team of Certified Coaches. A panel discussion featuring five Team-Based Pay owners and managers will be featured as well.
Ticket pricing for the event will increase as the event draws nearer: $445.00 per person May 1 until May 22; $495 per person from May 23-August 14; $545 per person from August 15-September 11 and $595 per person from September 10-September 26.
Official sponsors for the Team-Based Pay Conference include SALON TODAY, Millennium Systems International, Eurisko Design, Kopsa Otte, Demandforce, Wella, Professional Beauty Association, STX Software, Web Openings, Curl Company Ergo, and World-Class Financial Services.
