The series will kick off on March 2-3, 2014 with the “Organizational Charts & Job Descriptions Workshop” at the Strategies Business Academy in Centerbrook, CT.

Strategies, a business management training and coaching company for salons and spas has announced the launch of their “Workshop Series” of events. The series will kick off on March 2-3, 2014 with the “Organizational Charts & Job Descriptions Workshop” at the Strategies Business Academy in Centerbrook, CT.
“The past few years, we’ve received a lot of feedback from our Salon/Spa Game-Planning Retreat attendees asking for similar events where the activities are more hands-on”, says Strategies Vice president, Eric Ducoff. “With the new Strategies Workshops,” continues Ducoff, “our main objective was to build an interactive learning series where attendees will learn and then build systems to support some very targeted areas of salon/spa business management. The goal is to have them leave the workshop with their new systems in-hand, ready for implementation when they return to their salon/spa.
Strategies will also be debuting a “Scripting Workshop” on June 8-9, 2014. Additional workshop titles will be announced throughout 2014.
