“Salons will continue to utilize social media and text message appointment reminders. Such a simple thing can really cut down the amount of no-shows and cancelations. People are never far away from their smart phones and sending discounts by email and social media will continue to work for getting clients in the door.
Must salons know that they should have a website, but these websites are evolving so clients can purchase gift certificates and even retail products. Technology will continue to move forward;if you are nervous because you don't know about a new trend or how to do something, Google away! The Internet can provide you with endless answers.”
