Salon owner, tech founder, and educator Universe Walker will bring her signature workshop, The Art of Dry Cutting, to Brooklyn on July 20, offering stylists a chance to deepen their understanding of shape, movement, texture, and dry cutting.
Designed for artists who want to build more intentional, more lived-in haircuts, The Art of Dry Cutting centers on Walker’s distinctive approach to reading the hair in its natural state and creating cuts that hold their shape beyond the styling chair. The workshop will explore the relationship between movement, texture, layers, fringe, and silhouette, helping stylists strengthen both fluency and confidence behind the chair.
Universe Walker is known not only for her artistic point of view, but for the real-world application of her methodology across business, education, and team development.
