The2015 North American Trend Vision competition (NATVA) will take place on Sunday July 19, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Wella Professionals annual Trend Vision competition celebrates the skills of pioneering stylists with an inherent sense of originality at every level of their career. This year over 1200 innovative colorists, ambitious young stylists and aspiring beauty school students submitted their own interpretations of the Wella Professionals annual trend collection, in one of three categories; Student, Young Talent or Color. This year’s finalists created looks based on the 2015 seasonal collections, Journey of Enlightenment and New Frontier.

During the live competition, 44 finalists from the United States and Canada will demonstrate their skill set and creativity. Finalists will bring their artistic interpretations to life for a panel of leading beauty industry experts. Among this year’s panel of judges are MODERN SALON's Maggie Mulhern, Eden Sassoon, Whitney Port and Andy Lecompte. Judges will evaluate each look based criteria specific to the finalists’ category, including overall look, technique and creative expression. In addition to the live competition and awards, the evening will showcase an inspiring line up of artistic demonstrations from some of the best hairdressing talent the industry has to offer.
One of the hairdressing industry’s most prestigious and truly international creative competitions, Wella Professionals annual Trend Vision competition offers young stylists and talented colorists a chance to showcase their passion and talent to the world. The Gold winners of NATVA will go on to represent their respective countries at the International Trend Vision Awards (ITVA) in Berlin, Germany on November 22, 2015.
