Now's your chance to own a piece of hairdressing royalty offered at $1.25 million.

Vidal Sassoon revolutionized the hairdressing industry with his precision haircuts, and geometric and architecturally beautiful shapes—and now, thanks to a new listing on Sotheby's International Realty, we can see he applied that same love of architecture into his former home at 963 Hill Street in Cincinnati.

The four-story residence in Mt. Adams includes three walk-out balconies with stunning views of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati. The listing showcases spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings and large windows that allow natural light to pour in.

According to curbed.com, a website designed to share inspiration and information on homes and neighborhoods across the country, the 3,476-square-foot home was designed in 1966 by Carl Strauss, Cincinnati’s best-known architect. (Sassoon also owned other homes, including the Richard Neutra Singleton House in Los Angeles.)

Brick columns, white walls, hardwood and tile beautifully complement skylights and a central staircase showcasing the height of the home.
