Wahl Professional announced the promotion of several employees as part of a larger move to unite two divisions within the company — Professional Animal and Professional Beauty & Barber. The Professional Beauty & Barber and the Professional Animal divisions have a common purpose to serve global professional stylists’, barbers’, and groomers’ product needs.

Global Portfolio Management Director – Professional
Anne Marie Kollias has been promoted to Global portfolio management director – professional. She previously held the position of U.S. director of sales and marketing for the Professional Beauty & Barber division. Kollias began her career with Wahl Professional in 2015 as the national sales manager and has worked in the grooming, beauty, and wellness industries throughout her career.

Global Portfolio Management Director – Animal
Martha Palmer has been promoted to Global portfolio management director – Animal. She previously held the position of U.S. director of sales and marketing for the Professional Animal division. Palmer began her career with Wahl Professional in 2016 having previously led sales, marketing, customer service, product management, and product development teams in various customer and professional industries.
Kollias and Palmer will align product portfolios for all professional businesses and focus on delivering products to the market based upon customer insights.

Senior U.S. Professional Sales & Marketing Manager
Andrew Papoccia has been promoted to senior U.S. professional sales & marketing manager. He will oversee day-to-day operations of the new U.S. Professional division. He was previously the U.S. Professional sales manager for the Beauty & Barber division. Papoccia has been with Wahl Professional since 2013 when he joined Wahl Italia as its first national sales manager.

U.S. Professional Sales Manager
Thomas Crumpton has been promoted to U.S. professional sales manager. He will manage sales for the U.S. Professional Beauty & Barber business. He was previously the U.S. Professional regional sales manager. Crumpton came to Wahl in 2021 with experience as a Beauty & Barber manufacturing representative.
