To enter, salons must create and upload a short video, explaining why their business deserves to win the technology makeover. According to Mason, salons an be using any system or platform—or nothing at all—when they enter. The entry period begins July 1, 2012, and ends at midnight, September 30, 2012.

The winner will be announced in October and installation will be complete by November so that the new system is up, running and ready to help the winning salon make the most of the busy holiday months.
