According to the press release, Grieve's "personal mission to raise the standards and respect of the professional beauty industry make him a natural fit with the company’s culture of professional beauty support through in-depth education."
Grieve spent 17 years as a salon owner, giving him an understanding of the everyday challenges presnt for the working hairdresser--and techniques to overcome them. He has been the recipient of numerous international awards including World Master of the Craft, UK Color Master and Best in Show Education.
Additionally, Grieve has been a Creative Director for both national distributors and his own B. Creative: Advanced Education workshops for teams and stylists.
