We are all about finding silver linings right now to being at home for weeks on end, and one of those bursts of positivity are about giving our hair the chance to just "be." That being said, there is no better time to focus on hair health and allowing it to grow out.
Working with clients may have been taken away from me and many others but I do have the option of working on my business and preparing for when I re-open.

Amy Malarchik has been referred to as the “Transformation Queen." This color conversion is particularly inspiring. Noting that she is the ideal client to get the brightest blonde, Malarchik says she has "a base color that just lifts to the perfect pale yellow where the toner can do everything I want it to." Amy Koepke says her new client came in "hating where her hair was at. It was way warmer and darker than she wanted and there were a couple of different bands throughout. Our goal was to get her in a cooler lighter place with the time we had while maintaining the integrity of her hair." Mission accomplished.
Marina Sellecchia (@colorbymarina) says her client with extremely brassy solid ends was looking for a more dimensional balayage look and less red. Sellecchia knew she had to create dimension and formulate properly to make it look its best and equally important, last.
Abigail Myers says, “My client’s goal was to be an icy yet natural blonde with a soft root shadow and a contrasting money piece." A correction was also needed. After some babylights, slices and balayage, mission accomplished.
This client wanted to get back to beige blonde, but her new colorist was surprised that the client had placed a 6N over her previously lightened hair. Acknowledging it would take a few sessions, Cassandra Marie Bartosch ended up with lovely results after the first session. Details here.
