Career journey: The Salon at Ulta Beauty and how it is structured supports my technical education, personal growth and financial success. When I first joined Ulta Beauty as a skin therapist, I was $30,000 in debt, pregnant and had been out of the industry for a few years. Ulta quickly became a bonus family for me and it is a privilege to be part of this team.
Now, I’m coming up on my five-year Ulta-versary and I’m celebrating some milestones: I am 100% debt free, have paid off two cars, received five promotions, joined the education team, earned Elite Salon Professional status, and I am house hunting for my very first home. I have made lifelong connections and gained invaluable experience. The future looks bright as we continue to grow and develop, both as individual team members and as an Ulta family.
