Formula & Application
Formula 1: Blondme Bond Enforcing Clay Lightener with Blondeme Premium Developer 6% in a 1:2 ratio
Formula 2: tbh 8-51C + 9-49C in a 2:1 ratio with Igora Vibrance Activator Lotion 1.9% (1:2)
Formula 3: tbh 9-49C + 9-47W (2:1) with Igora Vibrance Activator Lotion 1.9% (1:2)
Formula 4: tbh 8-51C + 9-49C (2:1) with Igora Vibrance Activator Lotion 1.9% (1:2)

STEP 1: Freehand highlights with Formula 1 to create more dimension. Process 45 minutes. Rinse and treat with BC Bonacure Color Freeze 4.5. Towel dry.
STEP 2: Apply Formula 2 to new growth area for a Pastel Toning Service.
STEP 3: On mid-lengths and ends, alternate between Formulas 3 and 4 on crescent-shaped sections for a pastel toning service. Process up to 15 minutes, then rinse.
