How social media changed my life: I started social media to have a portfolio for potential clients to look up. The comradery and friendships that I’ve made across the globe are my biggest reasons I continue to do social media, and through that I’ve become inspired to take better pictures and videos of my work, and my following has grown organically. Last year, I was diagnosed with cancer, and if it weren’t for social media, I wouldn’t have had the support to receive donations to cover the treatment that saved my life.
