If you follow Chita Beseau (@chitabeseau) on Instagram, which you should be, you will see a mix of gorgeous hair color, behind-the-scenes action on the salon floor at Square Salon, and shots of her tortoise, Timmy, stuffing his little face with leafy greens of berries.
That social-media snapshot of Beseau is telling. The Las Vegas-based colorist is known for her beautiful blending and use of bright colors. Fellow Square Salon stylist Shelley Gregory has also told MODERN that she credits Beseau for helping her launch her presence on Instagram.
At this year’s Premiere Orlando attendees will have two opportunities to catch at her Hair Color Stage presentation alongside other members of the Pravana Collective. But before then, get to know more about Beseau here.
What can attendees expect from your presentation at Premiere Orlando?
Attendees can expect to me to share PRAVANA VIVIDS creative colors and lightening techniques.
What is the main takeaway you would like attendees to get from your presentation at Premiere Orlando?
The main takeaway I want attendees to get from my presentation is how to get their clients those trending VIVIDS looks in a productive amount of time in the salon.

How do you get your creative juices flowing?
Caffeine and nature
What do you do when you are not working?
I like to spend time with my family and pets as well as swim and workout.
Favorite current trend?
Rose gold, because there are so many variations.
Who or what is your biggest motivator?
My biggest motivator is my family; they are so supportive and keep me balanced.
Favorite Candy/Dessert?
The big chewy SweeTARTS.
If someone narrated your life, who would it be?
Betty White.
If you had a time machine, where would you travel to?
I would go back to the time of Egyptian Pharaohs. Their hair and makeup are so inspiring.
