Celebrity stylist Jen Atkin went with a short, wavy bob on Johnson, which is a change of pace from her standard smoothed, longer styles.

Get the look: Dakota Johnson's Wavy Bob

STEP 1: Prep wet hair with KMS California AddVolume volumizing spray to provide heat protection and boost volume. 

STEP 2: Scrunch sections of hair and clip with duckbill clips all around head to create an S-shaped pattern.

STEP 3: Blowdry hair with a ghd dryer using fingers while keeping clips intact. 

STEP 4: Remove clips and curl 1-inch sections of hair alternating between a 1-inch flatiron to create waves and a 1-1/4-inch ghd curling iron. Keep ends straight.

STEP 5: Rub KMS California Hairplay messing creme between each section.
