Pump up your client's hair with these four head-turning looks from Bio Ionic!

Retro Pinup with a Modern Twist:

Sectioning
1. Begin by blow-drying with the Bio Ionic WhisperLight Dryer until hair is 90 percent dry.
2. Divide the hair into four sections using Bio Ionic's Styling Clips.
3. Begin round brush drying at the lower neck area using the Bio Ionic Silver Classic Large Brush (brush size varies depending on hair length).

Styling
1. Once hair is dry, start at the lower neck on the right side.
2. Hold the Bio Ionic StyleWinder 1.5” with the tip pointing to the left (horizontal to the scalp).
3. Take a 1” x 1” section and place the hair at the base of the iron.
4. Rotating the iron by using your thumb against the thumb rest until the entire section is wrapped around the barrel. Hold for 10 seconds and release the clamp.
5. Curl all curls under and in the same direction depending on where you want the finish look to be pinned. Rotate the curls the left for a finished style on the left of the head.

Finishing
1. Shake out the curls and tease each curl using the Silver Classic Paddle Brush.
2. Gather hair on the left side of the head and begin pinning the shape from the bottom.
3. Let the top ¼ section on the left side sit on top of your pins.
4. Create desired shape according to the hair length.
5. Spray with hair spray to had texture and hold.

Smooth and Sleek Iron Styling

Sectioning
1. Begin by blow-drying with Bio Ionic's PowerLight ProDryer until hair is 90 percent dry.
2. Divide the hair into four sections using Bio Ionic's Styling Clips.
3. Smooth dry hair using the Silver Classic Paddle Brush.

Styling
1. After hair is 100 percent dry, starting at the lower neck, take a 2” x ¼” section.
2. Hold the hair at a 45° angle from head and place the iron horizontally at the base of the section.
3. Using a comb run the Bio Ionic OnePass 1” Iron from the base of the section through to the ends.
4. Guide the ends towards the left or the right for direction depending on where you want the hair to fall. BE SURE NOT TO TURN IRON AS YOU MOVE THROUGH THE SECTION TO AVOID CURLING.
5. Repeat the process with the next section ¼” thin sections ensure the smoothest results.

Finishing
Finish by brushing hair backwards with the SilverClassic Paddle Brush. Then push hair forward and brush forward. To add extra definition on the ends, use the OnePass 1” to bevel the ends in towards the face. Finish the style using desire shine spray.

Sectioning
1. Begin by blow-drying with the Bio Ionic 10x Ultralight Speed Dryer until hair is 90 percent dry.
2. Divide the hair into eight sections using Bio Ionic Styling Clips.
3. Begin round brush drying at the lower neck area using the Silver Classic Large round brush (brush size varies depending on hair length).

Styling
1. Once hair is dry, start at the lower neck, hold the Style Winder 1” with the tip pointing down (vertical to the scalp).
2. Take a 1” x 1” section and place the hair at the base of the iron.
3. Rotate the iron by using your thumb against the thumb rest until the entire section is wrapped around the barrel. Hold for 10 seconds and release the clamp.
4. Curl the right side of the head away by rotating the iron to the left (away from the face).
5. Curl the left side of the head by rotating the iron to the right (away from the face).

Finishing
Shake out curls with fingers. To get a more voluminous finish- gently tease every other curl using the Silver Classic Paddle Brush. Use fingers to define the curls around the face. Spray with desired hair spray to had texture and hold.

Sassy Blowout:

Sectioning
1. Begin by blow-drying with the 10x Ultralight Speed Dryer until hair is 90 percent dry.
2. Divide the hair into eight sections using Bio Ionic Styling Clips.

Styling
1. Begin round brush drying at the lower neck area using the Bio Ionic BlueWave Large round brush (brush size varies depending on hair length).
2. Wind the hair tight around the barrel at a 90° angle from the scalp and roll brush close to scalp.
3. Once section is dry, use the “cool shot button” for 10 seconds until section is cool (this ensures a longer lasting curl).
4. Repeat the process with the next section.
At Sections one through five over direct the barrel of the brush at 135° angle. (This creates additional volume at the crown).

Finishing
Finish by brushing hair backwards with the Silver Classic Paddle Brush. Then shake hair and push hair forward with fingers to create additional volume. To define curls use desired hair spray and lightly spray on the ends. Gently piece the ends out with fingers to create texture.
