The step-by-step creation took place in front of 27 hairdressers from the United States attending the L’Oréal Professionnel World Tour in Paris at Place de la Concorde. After the base structure was created with a bun at the nape and a ponytail at the crown, braids were placed, anchored and then securely layered. The braids vary in width and length and several were “formed” with a fine wire placed in the length.
