Justin Toves-Vincilione, an editorial stylist and member of the Ulta Beauty Design Team, has his hands in hair daily, and he knows that using the best tools makes all the difference in styling power and staying power. One tool he trusts to get the job done is Olivia Garden’s new Titanium+ion™ High Performance Professional Curling Iron.
Toves-Vincilione especially loves the high-performance dual ceramic heaters, which means that the iron has twice as much heat distribution and twice as fast temperature recovery.
