STEP 2: Pre-pigment formulation: 1 ½ oz. Red Pre-pigment + ½ oz. Copper Pre-pigment + 2 oz. Water. Apply Pre-pigment formulation to client’s blonde hair. Process for 10 minutes and towel blot product off the hair.

Anchor: ½ oz. 5R + ½ oz. Red Booster + 1 oz. 30 Volume Developer
Accent 1: 1 oz. 7R + 1 oz. 40 Volume Developer
