AMANDA'S STEPS
STEP ONE: "I first lifted the hair using Goldwell Silk Lift High Performance Lightener and 30 volume, allowing the lightener to process until her hair reached about a level 8."
STEP TWO: "Once the hair was lightened to the appropriate level, I glazed her using 8G in Goldwell Colorance to even out the tones. It is very important that the color is even from root to ends when using Goldwell Elumen because it will grab to whichever level the hair is at."
STEP THREE: "Afterwards, I sectioned out a quarter of an inch at the part to use as an overlay."
STEP FOUR: "Then, I staggered about 4-6 horizontal slices off both sides of the part using 6RR in Elumen to achieve the dimension I was looking for."
STEP FIVE: "I applied the lowlights, mixing 1.5 oz of GK with .5 oz of KK Goldwell Elumen from root to ends and processing for 35 minutes."
