This beautiful color change-up is by Nicole Koshak (@nicole.koshak), a stylist at Shannon Hair in Valencia, CA. The final look lightens and brightens her client's complexion while emphasizing her features. Koshak shares the process on her Instagram. She used both Wella and Redken colors.

STEP ONE: " I went in doing a full weave of babylights leaving the ends out starting with 25 volume moving up in volume every time I mixed a bowl of Wella Blondor.

STEP TWO: "Once processed to a level 8 I pulled out the foils and pull through the copper ends with 40 volume to lift the end color and put the ends in foils and waited until the ends and babylights were at a level 9.

STEP THREE: "Once processed I washed her out and toned the ends with 9-60 in Wella Illumina with pastel for the extra lift up.

STEP FOUR: "Then I toned the roots with 6T Redken Shades EQ, let sit for 6 minutes then massaged the 6T, diluting it with a little water through the ends and rinsed off quickly.

STEP FOUR: "Blow dried and put some waves in and yay for no more warmth!"
