“Dry Balayage” is the technique used by Jay Olson (@jaywesleyolson), national colorist for L’Oreal Professionnel and owner of The Bespoke Salon in Scottsdale, AZ, to create this stunning result.

“Using no plastic wrap, I applied Platinum Plus with 40 volume developer by L’Oreal Professionnel," said Olson. "This dries quickly and forms a shell to continue processing. I took diagonal back sections, only surface highlighting at the root, then fully saturating the ends with product.”
