Desirre Lee (@desirre_lee on Instagram) is the owner of Lavish Hair Lounge in Albuquerque, New Mexicao and a Certified Educator for BES Hair Color.  She played with a peek-a-boo pastel panel of soft tangerine in her client's hair after taking her to a buttery blonde.
