Guido created soft, beachy waves for Valentino's SS15 collection at Paris Fashion Week.

"Valentino has a way of conjuring up what women want, and this look is about this girl in the sun and in the sea, emphasizing the femininity of the classic Valentino girl," says Guido, Redken creative consultant. "We have this very soft, wavy style and beautiful tiara in the back of the hair with gold shells to conjure up the spirit of summer."

GET THE LOOK

STEP 1: Spray Redken Pillow Proof Dry express primer to damp hair. Layer it with Fashion Waves 07 sea salt spray.

STEP 2: Create a center part and blowdry hair with hands. Twist hair section by section to create movement.

STEP 3: Curl hair section by section using a 1-inch curling iron.

STEP 4: Loosen the curls with your fingers and spray hair again with Fashion Waves 07, layering with Wind Blown 05 dry finishing spray to add extra texture.

STEP 5: Apply gold headband to the back of the head; take hair and wrap it around the gold headband in-between the shell adornments to hide the band. Secure with open fasteners.
