Stylists and clients are often left flustered when trying to create the perfect flicked fringe. Hugo Urias, RedkenPro.com educator, was at the Redken Exchange in NYC prepping for a class and MODERN asked him to dig in to his bag of tricks to share how he does it. Urias pulled a mannequin head out of box ("It's been in there for weeks," he said) and demos how-to create the modern version of that flattering and fun Farrah Fawcett face frame.
