STMNT Grooming Expands into Shave Care
STMNT Grooming Goods is expanding into the shave care category with three new additions to its lineup.
The flat iron — the Lunata Cordless Styler PRO — is the flagship product.

Lunata Beauty founders Stacey Boguslavskaya (L) and Monica Ambramov

Lunata Beauty hot tools have quickly become a cult favorite and a staple in on-the-go stylists' tool kits. And belive it or not, the company was born out of founders Stacey Boguslavskaya and Monica Abramov's frustrations from getting ready while traveling.
Boguslavskaya and Abramov were on the road a lot for their previous business and faced issues with their hair tools not being cordless. After plugging in an expensive flat iron in an Airbnb in Ireland and short-circuiting the place, they had had enough.
"One day, we finally decided to take matters into our own hands," CEO Abramov says. "We ordered samples of irons from various factories around the world — everything was either mini-sized or butane-powered and really did nothing to the hair."
Finally, the duo found one they liked. After making a few changes, white labeling it and ordering 105 samples, they decided to test the market. They sold out in two months with very minimal marketing and realized they were onto something. Then, Nordstrom expressed interest, and Lunata took off from there.
With the success of their consumer line, Boguslavskaya and Abramov found that professionals were using the product — particularly for TV and movie production — due to its versatility and how easy it made styling on the go. They decided to take all the wants and needs of those stylists to create a brand new revolutionary product that would change the game — the Lunata Cordless Styler PRO.
Designed with professional stylists in mind, the Lunata Cordless Styler PRO meets the demands of all-day styling. Longer plates enable professionals to create the perfect style all day. Get the longest use on a single charge lasting up to 60 minutes — double that of most competitors.
“Most brands who have gone cordless did so as an extra, or an afterthought,” says Abramov. “Cordless is what we do; it’s what we specialize in. Our vision is to revolutionize the haircare industry by creating the best cordless tools out there. At Lunata Beauty, we know that one of the biggest downfalls of cordless tools is use time between charges, so after much trial and error, we built our strongest, longest-lasting styler yet.”
With rapid heat technology and consistent, intelligent, even heating throughout, the 1-inch dual-voltage gold titanium plates reach up to 450°F ensuring the iron is the perfect temperature for every hair type. The Lunata Cordless Styler PRO includes a locking mechanism and a heat-proof sleeve, making it essential for any on-the-go stylist.
This launch into the professional space is only the beginning for Lunata. The brand foresees other products to launch in the future that will channel the same technology, including a next-generation convertible curling iron and wand.
